Terms of use

NSFW AI Video Generator is designed to animate AI-generated reference images into short videos, for adults only. You must be 18 or older. Upload only images you own or are entitled to use. For every identifiable real person, you must have their permission for the proposed AI transformation; this includes their likeness and any sensitive or suggestive context. Ownership of a file alone does not establish consent.

Do not create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations, harassment, illegal material or violations of privacy or intellectual property. Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share. The generation provider's content rules also apply. Generation is moderated; a prompt may be refused.

You remain responsible for your inputs, the requested transformation and any sharing of the result. Using the tool for a different purpose does not authorize illegal or abusive conduct. The operator does not endorse such misuse; responsibility is assessed under applicable law, and no blanket exemption from liability is claimed. You retain any rights you hold in your input. You authorize processing of the input solely to provide generation and its temporary 24-hour storage described below. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing work; no exclusive rights or identical results are guaranteed. You must review output before sharing it and disclose its synthetic nature where required.

Your rights declaration is recorded with its version, timestamp and a hash of the supplied reference URLs. It is a declaration by you, not verification of another person's consent. It does not remove the operator's obligations or override your statutory rights.

Photos depicting minors are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, we reserve the right to suspend or block your access and refuse a refund for the request that breaches our terms of use, to the extent permitted by law. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Safety and content protection

Every video request is checked before it reaches the video model. A language model rewrites each prompt so the scene stays suggestive and never explicit: no visible genitals and no explicit close-up of them, no sexual act shown or named; nudity is possible as long as genitals stay out of frame or covered (sheets, bodies, hands, shadows, camera angle or framing). If that check is unavailable, a strict word filter removes explicit terms instead. Every request also carries a content direction asking the model to keep the scene covered and non-explicit.

Prompts that refer to a minor, in any of the site’s eleven languages or by an age under 18, are refused, and a second attempt permanently bans the account and the connection. Avatars made with “Create my AI avatar” are invented adults described in text only: no photo can be sent, and requests for a real or famous person are refused. The models in the library are fictional adults created with AI.

Every video asks for a discreet “AI-generated video” watermark at the bottom of the frame, and the studio player shows an “AI generated” mark. The video model draws this watermark itself, so it may not appear perfectly in every frame.

Before any render you confirm that you hold the rights to every image and that each real adult shown has agreed to this AI transformation. This declaration is recorded with its version, its time, a fingerprint of the images and a keyed fingerprint of the connection. Videos are private: NSFW AI Video Generator never publishes them, and every customer’s videos and photos, guest or signed in, are deleted automatically 24 hours after delivery.

Anyone, customer or not, can report a video or an image with the report form at the bottom of the studio. Reports are reviewed by the operator; content that breaks these rules is removed and the account can be banned. We cooperate with the competent authorities.

Piments, single videos & weekly plans

Prices are displayed in euros for visitors in Europe and in US dollars elsewhere. Stripe charges the exact amount in the selected USD or EUR currency, also for weekly plans. Other providers charge EUR when stated before payment. Your bank may apply fees for another card currency. 100 piments equal €1 of video value. Buy a fixed pack or choose €1–€500, or pay the displayed price for one video without purchasing a pack. Piments are not cash, cannot be transferred and are used only inside the studio. No expiry is applied to the wallet.

Medium 480p videos cost 399, 799 or 1,999 piments for 5, 10 or 30 seconds. High 720p costs 799, 1,599 or 4,499. Ultra High 1080p costs 1,999, 3,499 or 9,999. A render paid with piments deducts its cost once. Confirmed provider failures restore piments; single-video confirmed failures trigger a Stripe refund. A submission with an uncertain outcome is held for review to avoid submitting or charging twice.

Starter: $9.99 per week / 1,249 piments. Creator: $19.99 / 2,499. Studio: $39.99 / 4,999. With Stripe, plans are charged in the selected USD or EUR currency at the displayed numeric price. Subscriptions renew weekly until cancelled through My studio → Piments → Manage / cancel subscription. Unused piments carry over.

Stripe handles payment information. The studio does not receive your full card number. Apple Pay and other methods are offered only when available for your device, browser and checkout. A checkout being opened is not payment confirmation.

Generation time varies. You can return to My studio to resume status checks; there is no guaranteed completion time. Purchases are paused when generation is unavailable. No successful output is promised for a rejected or unsupported request.

Mandatory consumer rights, including conformity guarantees and remedies, are not waived by these terms. Before each video, the checkbox asks for the creation to start right after payment and records that you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal for that video once it has started (personalised digital content supplied immediately). Credit packs and weekly plans remain subject to the applicable withdrawal rules. Requesting deletion is not a withdrawal request.

Privacy & processing

Signing in through Google or verified email/password uses Lovable's authentication service backed by Supabase. The studio receives a verified account ID and email, not your Google password. An HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. An authentication-flow cookie expires after five minutes.

We process account identifiers and email to authenticate and associate your wallet, references and videos with you; images and prompts to fulfill your generation request; Stripe payment references to reconcile purchases and subscriptions; and limited authorization/security records to prevent replay and document requests. Account and generation processing are necessary for the requested service. Billing obligations and proportionate security interests may require retention of limited records.

The studio is hosted through ChatGPT Sites with private database and object storage. Reference images sent for generation and generated outputs are processed by Segmind. Segmind deletes the videos it generates automatically 7 days after generation and keeps the prompts and settings of each request in its logs. According to its documentation, its generation service does not keep the images or videos it reads; reference photos are passed to it through Segmind’s storage, for which Segmind publishes no retention period, and Segmind offers no way to delete them on request. NSFW AI Video Generator keeps no media after 24 hours. Stripe handles checkout and billing; Lovable/Supabase handle authentication. These providers may process data outside your country. Their contractual safeguards, locations and retention terms must be checked for your jurisdiction; this page does not promise that all processing stays in the EU.

Your library is private to your account. The operator can access account activity and stored media for service administration and support. We do not publish your private uploads in the example gallery. Media are kept for 24 hours only, for guests and signed-in customers alike: videos, uploaded photos, references saved in My studio and reference videos (with the frames extracted from them) are deleted automatically from our servers shortly after 24 hours have passed since the video was delivered (or since the upload, for a file never used in a delivered video). A video still being generated stays available: the 24 hours start at delivery, so download your video within 24 hours. The prompt and reference images stored with the order are erased at the same time; the order then keeps only its amount, date, duration, quality and status. The “Keep my new references for 24 h and my draft” option controls new My studio saves and browser drafts: when it is on and you are signed in, your new references are kept in My studio for 24 hours so you can reuse them, and your draft is kept in this browser, on your device, not on our servers; when it is off, nothing new is saved to My studio or to the browser draft. Turning it off clears this browser draft but does not delete files already in your account, which are still deleted after 24 hours. Payment and consent records remain. This choice does not control the generation provider’s own retention, described above. Your 18+ confirmation is kept for 30 days in sf_age, a strictly necessary first-party cookie that only records that you confirmed and holds no identifier; deleting this site’s cookies clears it. No advertising tracking is added by this studio. If you arrive through a partner link, sf_ref, a first-party HttpOnly cookie, keeps only that partner’s code for 30 days so the partner can be credited a commission on your purchases; it holds no identifier about you, does not depend on optional measurement and is used for nothing else; deleting this site’s cookies clears it. Partners only see aggregated figures, never who you are.

Earlier anonymous opening counts and country estimates are retained separately as legacy aggregates; collection through that counter has stopped. They cannot establish unique visitors or acquisition sources. Account purchases, uploads and renders remain necessary operational records.

Optional audience measurement

Only if you accept optional measurement, this studio uses first-party HttpOnly random browser and session IDs to measure acquisition categories and steps from creation and upload to checkout, confirmed payment, generation and download requests. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. IDs and events expire within 30 days of consent; a new choice is then required. We do not collect prompts, photos, filenames, email, account identities, full URLs, search terms, raw IPs, device fingerprints or sexual-interest profiles in this measurement. Campaigns use anonymous numeric codes only. There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics services.

With the same consent, a session also records the country estimated by our host from the connection (the IP address itself is not stored) and the time zone set on your device, such as Europe/Paris. No city or precise location is recorded. Both follow the same 30-day expiry and withdrawal, and are used only in owner-only reports on where visitors come from and when they order.

With the same consent, measurement also records the device type (mobile, tablet or computer, from screen size and touch only) and which site buttons and links are used, as fixed labels or page addresses. It never records what you type, choose as a file or upload, nor any device model or fingerprint. These details follow the same 30-day expiry and withdrawal. Owner-only reports may keep anonymous daily totals (counts with no identifier) after this expiry.

Accept and reject are equally available. Use Cookie settings (also linked in the footer of the studio) at any time to withdraw: we stop measurement and delete the measurement associated with this browser ID. This does not delete necessary billing or generation records. Expired measurement is excluded immediately and physically purged on the next measurement write or private report. Clearing cookies prevents us from finding a former random ID; its existing records still expire. Reports are owner-only and measure consenting browsers, not all visitors or unique people. Test browsers are excluded.

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or erasure as applicable, and complain to a competent authority such as the CNIL. Data-management controls are available in My studio → Settings.

Deletion & retention

Delete all my media removes the studio's uploaded images, saved videos and prompts immediately, without waiting for the automatic deletion after 24 hours, and clears the draft in the current browser. It keeps your account and piments. Current renders must be resolved first. Unpaid checkouts are cancelled. Download anything you want to retain before confirming; deletion cannot be undone.

Delete my account removes your studio profile, private media and authentication account and cancels an active subscription. All previous studio sessions are revoked. Unused piments are removed; statutory refund rights remain unaffected. There is an additional sign-in verification and explicit permanent-deletion confirmation.

Automatic deletion and Delete all my media remove media only. Your account, piments balance, weekly plan, orders and payment records, authorization (rights declaration) evidence, security and revocation records and consented measurement data are kept, without any media; billing records, authorization evidence and minimal revocation records may remain after account deletion where necessary for legal obligations, security or claims. You can also ask the operator, through the privacy request form, to delete all of your media. Deleting studio media cannot recall downloads you made or copies you shared or published. The copy of a generated video held by Segmind is deleted automatically by Segmind 7 days after generation; Segmind provides no means for us to delete it earlier, nor to delete on request the reference photos passed through its storage, for which it publishes no retention period.

Your data

Download your profile, orders, saved prompts, wallet transactions, library inventory and rights declarations. Sign in to this studio first. Download media files separately from your library within 24 hours of delivery: they are deleted after that.

Saved browser drafts expire after 30 days without a save and are removed when the studio next opens. Turning off storage or deleting all media clears this browser’s draft. This does not change the automatic deletion of your media 24 hours after delivery, nor the generation provider’s retention.

These controls cover this studio’s database. Separate studios have separate databases. Before deleting the shared sign-in account, export or remove your data in the other studios you used; deleting this account does not automatically erase their databases.

This separate export collects records linked to your shared account from all seven databases. Unlinked guest purchases, device analytics, media files and provider records are excluded; use the privacy form for additional access. If a studio is unavailable, retry later.

Purposes, rights and recipients

Account identification, the private library and generation are used to provide the service you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Necessary payment records support applicable legal accounting duties (Article 6(1)(c)). Proportionate fraud prevention and security protect customers and the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional audience measurement requires your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); refusing it does not prevent buying or generating. A reference image and prompt are necessary for the requested generation, not for browsing.

You can use the privacy request form below without opening an account, including if you appear in an image supplied by someone else. Ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, as applicable. Identify the studios concerned; never send identity documents unless a proportionate verification is specifically needed. We normally answer within one month; a necessary extension of up to two further months must be explained within the first month. You may complain to your local supervisory authority or the CNIL.

The site operator handles the request through a restricted administration inbox. Keep the private receipt to read the response here; there is no automatic email notification. A request is not an automatic deletion or refund. If billing, fraud prevention or a legal claim requires a limited record to remain, the response explains the reason and scope.

Hosting and storage: ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. Rendering: Segmind. Payments: Stripe. Authentication: Lovable/Supabase and, if selected, Google. A shared login is used across the nine studios; their operational records are held in seven databases. Only authorized administration accesses network reports and privacy requests. The authentication account is deleted only after the studio confirms its current deletion flow; the separate-database limitation described above still applies.

Processing can take place outside the EEA. Relevant contractual information is available in the Sites DPA, Lovable DPA and Segmind terms. Actual subprocessors, transfer mechanisms and supplier-specific erasure must be checked for the service used. NSFW AI Video Generator deletes every customer’s media 24 hours after delivery (see Deletion & retention). Segmind deletes the videos it generates automatically 7 days after generation and keeps the prompts and settings of each request in its logs; according to its documentation, its generation service does not keep the images or videos it reads, but reference photos are passed to it through Segmind’s storage, for which Segmind publishes no retention period and offers no deletion on request. We do not promise EU-only hosting or immediate erasure of all supplier copies.

Your photo-rights declaration does not verify another person’s consent. Identifiable people must be adults and informed about the proposed transformation and recipients; images concerning sensitive matters need the applicable additional legal condition. Do not submit such images without valid authorization. Automated provider/security checks may reject a request or flag it for review; ask for human review through this form. We do not use audience measurement to infer sexual preferences.

AI compliance: the EU rule of December 2, 2026 and French law

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 published in the Official Journal of the European Union on July 24, 2026, prohibits from December 2, 2026 AI systems that generate intimate or sexually explicit images, video or audio of an identifiable real person without their consent (“nudification”), as well as child sexual abuse material. According to published analyses of the text, systems with effective safeguards that prevent such generation are not covered by this prohibition.

NSFW AI Video Generator creates short glamour, sensual and romantic videos with adults. Below, each requirement is set against what the service actually does. Where a protection relies on a rule of the terms of use rather than a technical control, it is presented as a user commitment. This section describes measures; it is neither legal advice nor a certification.

1. Intimate content of real people without consent

What the law requires: AI Act Article 5, from December 2, 2026: prohibition of AI systems and practices that generate intimate or sexually explicit content of an identifiable real person without their consent.

What NSFW AI Video Generator does: No undressing or “nudification” feature is offered. Every video description is rewritten on the server by a language model, with instructions that keep genitals out of frame or covered (sheets, bodies, hands, shadows, camera angle or framing), keep sexual acts out of frame (implied by framing and staging, never shown or named) and replace intimate framing with a compatible one; if no rewriting service answers, a simple non-explicit scene is sent instead of the description. The welcome video follows the same rule, with an additional word filter that refuses requests referring to a minor or to a lack of consent. Every render also sends the video model a direction that keeps genitals out of frame or covered. The video provider also applies its own baseline checks and can reject a reference image or a result. These protections are technical, but they do not recognize a real person in a photo: photo uploads remain governed by the user commitment described in point 4.

2. Minors

What the law requires: AI Act Article 5, from December 2, 2026: prohibition of AI systems that generate child sexual abuse material, which is already a criminal offence.

What NSFW AI Video Generator does: The site is for adults only: an age gate asks visitors to confirm they are 18 or older (a declaration, not an identity check). Every render sends the video model the direction “Adults only”. Avatar and welcome-video descriptions that refer to a minor, in any of the site’s eleven languages or by an age under 18, are refused, and a second attempt permanently blocks the account and the connection. Avatars are invented adults, requested from the generator as clearly over 25 years old, and the gallery models are fictional adults created with AI. The report form includes the reason “a minor or someone who looks underage”.

3. Transparency and marking of AI content

What the law requires: AI Act Article 50, applicable since August 2, 2026: AI-generated content must be marked in a machine-readable way and deepfakes must be disclosed as such. For systems placed on the market before August 2, 2026, machine-readable marking is required from December 2, 2026.

What NSFW AI Video Generator does: Every render asks the video model to add a discreet “AI-generated video” watermark at the bottom of the frame; the model draws it itself, so it may not appear perfectly in every frame. The studio player shows an “AI generated” mark. NSFW AI Video Generator does not yet add machine-readable metadata (C2PA-type) to the files: this point remains to be completed. The terms of use ask users to review every video before sharing it and to disclose its synthetic nature where the law requires (user commitment).

4. Consent and photo rights

What the law requires: AI Act: the consent of the person depicted is the central condition. French Penal Code, Article 226-8 (amended by the SREN law no. 2024-449 of May 21, 2024): it is an offence to make known to the public or to a third party, without their consent, an edit or a content generated by algorithmic processing that reproduces a person’s image or words, unless it is obvious that it is such content or this is expressly stated.

What NSFW AI Video Generator does: Before every render, the user must tick a declaration: they have the right to use the images, every identifiable real person is 18 or older and has explicitly agreed to this AI transformation, and they understand that deepfakes of real people without their consent are forbidden and can be a criminal offence. Without this box, the order is not accepted. The declaration is recorded with its version, its time, a fingerprint of the images and a keyed fingerprint of the connection (never the IP address itself). This is a user commitment: NSFW AI Video Generator does not itself verify the consent of the people depicted.

5. Reporting, removal and erasure

What the law requires: Illegal content must be reportable and removable (EU Digital Services Act, DSA), and anyone can ask for their personal data to be erased (GDPR).

What NSFW AI Video Generator does: Videos are private: NSFW AI Video Generator never publishes them, and every customer’s videos and photos, guest or signed in, are deleted automatically 24 hours after delivery. Anyone, customer or not, can report a video or an image with the “Report content” form (a real person without their consent, a minor or someone who looks underage, other abusive or illegal content). Every report is recorded and reviewed by the operator, who can block the account concerned. Data access and erasure requests are made with the form on this page, and every user can delete their media or their account themselves in My studio → Settings.

6. Penalties for misuse

What the law requires: AI Act: up to €35 million or 7% of total worldwide annual turnover for prohibited practices. French Penal Code, Article 226-8-1 (created by the SREN law of May 21, 2024): sharing, without their consent, a sexual edit or deepfake that reproduces a person’s image or words is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a €60,000 fine, raised to three years and €75,000 when it is done through an online public communication service.

What NSFW AI Video Generator does: The terms of use forbid non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations and any sexual content involving minors. Users remain responsible for their images, their requests and any sharing of the result. In case of abuse, the account can be blocked and NSFW AI Video Generator cooperates with the competent authorities.

Partner (affiliate) program

Visitors. When you arrive through a partner link (?ref=), the click is counted without identifying you (page, country, brand and the partner’s campaign tag). A first-party cookie sf_ref then keeps only the partner code for 30 days, whatever your optional measurement choice; it is used for nothing else. When you then sign in or pay for the first time, your account or guest purchase is linked to that partner, with a keyed hash of your IP address used only to detect self-referral. Keeping this link on your account and on your payments for 12 months after your first purchase is necessary to pay the partner (legitimate interest and contract with the partner); partners never receive your identity, only totals and anonymous payment lines. Commission records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Partners. For the affiliate program we process the email, name, link, audience description and country you give, the hash of your IP addresses, your clicks, attributed sales and commissions, and your payout details, encrypted at rest and only decrypted to pay you. The legal basis is the contract (the affiliate terms) and our accounting obligations. You can access, correct or delete these data at any time with the privacy form on this page; payment records are kept for the period required by law.
