Where the blur comes from
Blur is what a model produces when it is not sure what a pixel should be. In a short clip that uncertainty shows up in three places: the source photo, when it is small, soft or underexposed, so there is little detail to carry forward; the motion, when the subject or the camera moves faster than the model can track; and the output size, when a 480p preview is judged on a large screen as if it were the final 1080p.
Diagnose before you re-render. If the still photo already looks soft, no prompt will sharpen it. If the photo is crisp but the first second turns to mush, the motion is too big. If the pose looks right at 480p but the detail drops at 720p, the answer is a higher quality, not a new photo. Change one thing at a time, so you can see which lever actually worked.
