If you build a tool, a content calendar or an internal pipeline, the hard part is rarely the video. It is knowing what the input must look like, what the output will be, and where a person has to look.

A planning sheet that keeps renders consistent
Keep one record per clip: the reference files in order, the prompt text, the length, the quality, the date and a note on the result. With those fields saved, a render can be repeated or adjusted without guessing what changed.
