Why hands warp, and what to ask for
A hand is a small, busy object with many joints, and in a moving frame the model has to redraw it again and again. Each finger can shift a little from one frame to the next, and the eye reads that shimmer as an artifact. Hands also sit near the edge of the picture, where the model has the least context, and they often hold something, which adds a second shape to track.
The practical answer is to shrink the job. Keep the hands visible but resting, in a relaxed pose that shows the whole hand from the palm or the back. Ask for one small gesture rather than a grip on an object, and describe the hands in the prompt the way they appear in the photo. Let the camera drift slowly so the hands are never asked to do anything fast. No setting guarantees a flawless result, so check the fingers before you keep a render.
