A written scene is made of sentences each reader pictures in their own way. A video makes one choice for them: a body, a room, a light, a second of motion. Writers who use a clip as a reference are usually looking for that choice, the one frame that matches the mood already in their head.
Start from the beat you are writing. Take the single line that carries the tension, the glance, the pause, the hand on a sleeve, and build the prompt around that line alone. A paragraph of action will not fit into five seconds, but one gesture and one look will.

Pace is where most scenes go wrong. A slow simmer needs a slow camera and a still body, while a sudden move needs a shorter clip so it does not blur. Write the tempo into the prompt with words like “slowly”, “a beat later” or “holding”, then keep the rest of the sentence calm.
