Plan a reel as one continuous take
There are no cuts inside a reel made here. Each clip is one shot, so a weak moment cannot be hidden by switching angles. That is a limit, but it is also why a well-planned reel feels tight: every second of movement has to earn its place.
Write the take as a sequence: a start pose, a middle movement, an ending look. A hook in the first second, a slow build, then a held closing pose is a shape people recognize in a feed. Keep the action small so the subject stays recognizable.
